Our Assistant General manager position is the right hand to the GM.

This role is a stepping stone to a GM position.

Requirements
- Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required

Over the past 10 years, Bluemont Group has grown from a few stores in Knoxville and Chattanooga, Tennessee to owning and operating 70 stores in Middle and East Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Kansas, Missouri, and Alabama.
