What to Expect
· Resources-Adhere to and follow company policies and procedures.
· Be on time-having reliable transportation is imperative to be on time for shifts and scheduled meetings.
· Coaching and Development-Success starts day 1 with constant training and development to help you exceed Bluemont’s operational standards.
Requirements
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- Provides excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
