As a Dunkin Shift Leader, you'll be the heart and soul of your team, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and a positive work environment. You'll inspire and motivate your crew to deliver the Dunkin' experience with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Guest Service

  • Greets guests with a smile and provide prompt, friendly service
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality products and service

Team Leadership

  • Delegates tasks and provides clear direction to team members
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and develop skills
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Operations Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to Dunkin brand standards and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

Problem solving

  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
