Position Title: Talent Sourcer 

Reports To: Recruiting Manager 

Location: In-person in Austin, TX or Hybrid 

Job Type: Full-Time 


Overview 

Everyday Coffee Company is scaling aggressively, opening hundreds of Dunkin’ locations annually nationwide. To support this growth, we are building a high-performance talent acquisition engine focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience. 

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline team members across multiple markets. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent proactively, and supporting full-cycle recruiters in delivering consistent hiring results.

Key Responsibilities 

Sourcing & Pipeline Development 

  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for Restaurant Managers and frontline roles 
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls 
  • Pre-qualify candidates before recruiter handoff 

Recruiting Operations 

  • Manage candidate data within the ATS (e.g., Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo) 
  • Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health 
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers 
  • Support hiring events and local recruiting campaigns 

Employer Branding 

  • Post and manage job ads across platforms 
  • Support social recruiting and local marketing initiatives 
  • Represent ECC at job fairs and community events (as needed) 


Qualifications 

Required 

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience 
  • High-volume hiring experience strongly preferred 
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.) 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage high candidate volume 

Preferred 

  • Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality recruiting 
  • Experience sourcing for multi-state or multi-unit organizations 
  • Experience with AI sourcing tools or automation platforms
