Job Summary
We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team. Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting management in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, engaging with guests and employees, assuming responsibility for the restaurant as required to provide managerial coverage.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)
- Closing 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
- Support the manager in daily operations
- Extremely dependable, punctual; Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Strong decision-making skills
- Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure team adheres to all company and brand policies, procedures and standards
- Assist manager in training a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crew
- Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities
- Provide supervision and perform as a member of the crew in food production, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness and organization
- Assume assigned management duties as required
- Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Extremely dependable, punctual
- Previous experience in a similar role; Restaurant, hospitality and/or QSR experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS functionality
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Be positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetitive motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time
