We are currently hiring for a TRAINER to join our network!

As a Trainer, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and training programs and initiatives and help the crew reach their goals.  Not only will trainers set up new team members, but they will also focus on developing and coaching everyone in the network, including managers. Through community, collaboration, and taking life one coffee at a time, you will keep America coming back for more!

A Dunkin’ Network Trainer is generally responsible for implementing training and training systems within a network to uphold brand standards, for providing restaurant teams with training focused on great guest service, and for maintaining those training systems to ensure clean, safe, and organized restaurant operations. This role requires a passion for facilitation and an understanding of best practices for adult education.

Education/Experience:  

· Training certificate or relevant experience preferred. Previous food experience is also preferred.

· Understanding of effective teaching methodologies, especially those that pertain to adult learners

· Can effectively teach, coach, train, and motivate others on all aspects of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service

·  Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects

· A leader who is passionate about inspiring, leading, and developing others

Physical Demands/Working Conditions: 

· Standing on feet 

· Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching 

· Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and products up to 20lbs (if applicable) 

·  Travel to 5 stores within a 35 minute radius

·  Able to work either in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

 Compensation:

·  $20 - $22 per hour. Full time role. Must be able to work weekends and have availability throughout the day.

·  $100 Travel Reimbursement per month

·  2 Weeks PTO - Only eligible to use after first 8 months of work
