We are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing operations at two locations, for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and for promoting and protecting the Business Owner's interests.

• Oversee administrative functions including but not limited to inventory, scheduling, store upkeep, and monthly marketing window execution
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, including interviewing & training
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
• Support the development and retention of team members through observation and coaching
• Create and maintain a "Guest First" culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, including covering shifts when necessary
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws
• Ensure Business Owner & Baskin Robbins standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Ensure restaurant is stocked to service customers needs, including store runs for milk and bananas and bank runs for change
• Ensure clean restaurant standards are met and maintained
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability, including appropriate staffing, waste, scoop size, inventory/orderiing
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Drive sales goals and track results
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have previous restaurant experience
• Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be trainable and coachable;
• Must be dependable and reliable;
• Must have great attention to detail;
• Must be punctual and hard-working.
