Maintenance Worker – Entry Level

Location: Wallingford & Naugatuck, CT

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin’ locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and learning new skills. No formal education is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)
• Perform routine maintenance to landscaping
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
• Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs
• Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs

Requirements

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors
• Comfortable working independently and managing time across multiple sites
• Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols
• Availability to travel between locations as needed

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment or facilities maintenance
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
• Electrical or mechanical experience or education is a plus
