What You’ll Do

We’ll train you to help create a great experience for our guests. Depending on your shift, you may:

• Welcome guests and provide fast, friendly service

• Make Dunkin’ coffees, beverages, food, and other menu items

• Prepare Jimmy John’s sandwiches and menu items

• Cross-train and work across both brands

• Take orders and accurately process transactions

• Help keep orders moving quickly and accurately

• Stock, clean, and help keep the restaurant ready for guests

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Help with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned

• Work together with your teammates and jump in where needed

What to Expect

This is an active restaurant position. You’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests and teammates, and moving throughout your shift. The position includes:

• Standing for extended periods

• Bending, reaching, and repetitive movements

• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 lbs.

• Working in a busy, fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment
