What You’ll Do:

 

As a Dunkin' Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for:

 

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing initiatives
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members for growth and success
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience is preferred (QSR experience a plus!)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and following brand standards and systems.
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary steps to improve service quality and address any recurring issues
  • Engage with the local community, build relationships, and explore opportunities for partnerships or sponsorships.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and adherence to company values.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback and resolving conflicts.
