What You’ll Do:
As a Dunkin' Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Managing daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing initiatives
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members for growth and success
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience is preferred (QSR experience a plus!)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
- Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and following brand standards and systems.
- Monitor and control food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary steps to improve service quality and address any recurring issues
- Engage with the local community, build relationships, and explore opportunities for partnerships or sponsorships.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and adherence to company values.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback and resolving conflicts.
