As District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants. You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include:

-Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback by working along side teams on floor to assess, develop, mentor and train Restaurant Managers.

-Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.

-Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained. 

-Daily and weekly reporting.

-Must have a car and able to travel between multiple locations daily.

-Must have a smart phone to be able to conduct restaurant visits and enter into reporting ap.

-Delegate and follow up.
