Finishing Donuts:

Filling Donuts, Topping Donuts, Frosting Donuts, Order picker filling store orders.

• Ensure that all toppings and coatings are clean, sanitary, wholesome, and available throughout the shift
• Check filling weights by variety for proper portion control
• Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety as per information system distribution sheets in a timely manner. Record shortages and overages, and communicate discrepancies to Production Supervisor
• Responsible for setting up bakery for production, and producing product as scheduled
• Place finished donuts and bakery products in baskets according to quantities listed in production sheets
• Distribute baskets of finished product to racks for delivery to member stores, verifying each basket of product with the Delivery Ticket attached to that rack
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary
• Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform. Maintain proper personal hygiene
