The Role: Coaching & Developing Leaders

As a District Manager (DM) you are the bridge between our vision and our daily operations. You aren't just overseeing stores; you are mentoring Restaurant Managers and building a culture of accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Motivation: Serve as a dedicated coach to Restaurant Managers, providing the inspiration and feedback they need to lead their teams with confidence.
• Developing the Pipeline: Proactively identify "rising stars" within your stores and develop them into the next generation of Patel Management leaders.
• Operational Discipline: Ensure every location operates with the clarity and consistency required to meet Dunkin’ brand standards and our own high expectations.
• Driving Results: Use a results-driven mindset to grow sales and profitability while maintaining a "people-first" atmosphere.
• Strategic Support: Implement action plans that solve root causes, not just symptoms, ensuring long-term success across your district.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of District Manager experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is required.
• The "Coach" Mentality: A proven track record of developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Systems Thinker: Someone who appreciates "operating discipline" and knows how to use it to drive growth.
• Influencer: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams toward a common goal.
