Your day will start at 6 AM!
- Smile, make eye contact and use a friendly tone with each and every guest who enters your restaurants
- Energeticly welcome each guest as they enter and warmly thank them as they leave
- Show passion being sure only high quality food and beverages are prepared at your assigned restaurants
- Show teamwork by always being there to support ALL team members in all of your locations
- Work at a fast pace making sure your guests who have busy schedules are served quickly
- Anticipate and understand our guests’ needs and exceed their expectations at each assigned location
- Meet safety and sanitation standards always scoring above 90 % on all audits
- Keep your restaurant clean by always looking for areas that may need even the slightest attention or improvement
- Fill in as needed supporting your locations in emergency situations
