We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.

Responsibilities

• Decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes according to brand standards and customer requests
• Write personalized messages and create custom cake designs
• Prepare, assemble, and package cakes for display and customer pickup
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary decorating area
• Monitor cake inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies
• Ensure all cakes meet quality and presentation standards
• Work with the store team to provide outstanding customer service and complete orders on time

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating, bakery, or food service experience is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
