Mid-Hudson CPL, LLC is currently hiring for a BAKERY MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER to join our Bakery!

• A results driven team member who has experience in; cost, quality assurance, food safety
• Someone who loves to motivate, lead and develop their team. Able to work independently and stay busy
• The ability to identify quality issues quickly and address as needed
• Someone who can solve problems within a defined framework
• Will be working on trucks, machinery equipment for bakery, filtering/boiling out fryers, helping to maintain equipment. This will be part time but can lead to full-time.
• Hours will be 12pm-8pm

Responsibilities Include:

·       Repair and maintain all equipment to OEM  performance standards 

·       Work with Equipment Suppliers service representatives as required

·       Coordinate work activities with general contractors as required

·       Manage preventative maintenance schedules and work orders

·       Manage  spare parts inventory at the appropriate levels

·       Communicate safety and sanitation issues to CML Plant Manager

·       Instruct employees in the proper handling of equipment

·       Deliver training to maintenance and operations team members

•       Create and maintain a quality and safety focused culture in the bakery

•       Communicates priorities, goals and results to team members

•       Execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift
