We are looking for Bakers to join our Dunkin' team! You'll work independently during overnight hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride. Depending on availability, you may also be responsible for opening the store in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Work well and interacts with others respectfully
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Communicate with team members
• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels in a timely manner
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks

Operational Excellence:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Maintain clean and neat work environment
• Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
• Pride in your work and commitment to quality
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required)
