The Associate Manager, Brand Experience supports the execution of national influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships. This role focuses on drafting briefs, day-to-day campaign /project management, and campaign performance reporting. The Associate supports the group Director in all internal reporting needs, including performance summaries of specific campaigns or messages, for a variety of internal and franchisee audiences. This role participates in cross-functional work with IMC, Organic Social, and PR to ensure influencer and partnership initiatives drive maximum impact both from a creative standpoint (leveraging assets for traditional media via IMC and utilizing influencer content on brand-owned social channels to meet content demands), and a performance standpoint. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and on brand – ensuring the team can successfully deliver against an increasing role of nontraditional marketing channel as a part of the Dunkin’ marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In partnership with the Director and Manager of Brand Experience, support translating Marketing objectives and briefs into Influencer Campaigns and Partnerships
Support end-to-end influencer campaign planning: briefing writing, creator selection, concept approvals, execution, and reporting
Support development of partnerships, from longer term affiliation to single-hit collaborations
Interface with influencer agency(ies) to ensure all work is kept on track given volume and speed of work
Support collaboration with Social, PR, Paid Media, and Brand teams to integrate activity in influencer and partnership workstreams across channels (paid media, organic social, PR)
Assist the Manager with campaign measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance optimization
Stay ahead of creator trends, platforms, and best practices to continuously evolve strategy as a member of a small (but mighty!) team
Qualifications:
Experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, or brand collaborations
Proven ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent reps, and platform partners
Some knowledge of influencer / media platforms and social / cultural trends
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Strong creative instincts with an eye for what makes content engaging, authentic, and on-brand
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Salary: $81,731 - $136,218 per year
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
